SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We at Iconic Comics take great pride in the care of your item to ensure they arrive safely without damage. Each item is hand selected, packaged in the appropriate size bag & board, wrapped in protective shipping materials, boxed and shipped to our customers. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders placed on items in stock will ship within 1-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Preorders will begin shipping on the release date noted in the description. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery from the release date for all preorders.  Orders containing items with multiple preorder release dates may delay receipt of your items. You may place multiple orders on items with different release dates to ensure faster shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).  Some items may ship separately, this will be determined on a case by case basis.  You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your package has been shipped. All items ship via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Iconic Comics began offering limited International Shipping as a pilot program in January 2022. We have expanded our international shipping options to include: Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. We are currently testing shipments to Sweden, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Spain. We hope to continue to expand our International Shipping options as we move into 2024. If you would like to be a part of our shipping pilot program please submit a request HERE and tell us what country you currently reside in.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect all items upon receipt. In the event your items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email at info@iconiccomics.com within 48 hours of receipt with images of the item(s) you received and packaging (if damaged). Refund or exchanges (if product is still available) will be made upon receipt of returned items.

Refunds or replacements will not be available for orders marked as "Delivered" by our shipping partners. Please file a claim directly with the shipping company if a package is marked "Delivered" and you did not receive it.

Refunds will not be issued due to defects caused by manufacturer printing errors.

​

Refunds will not be provided for orders placed on items not yet in stock (pre-orders), unless item(s) were damaged during shipping.

​

All refunds or re-shipment options will be void after 60 days of order date. All inquiries must be made within this time frame.
