Shipping Policy

We at Iconic Comics take great pride in the care of your items to ensure they arrive safely without damage. Each item is hand selected, packaged in the appropriate size bag & board, wrapped in protective shipping materials, boxed and shipped to our customers.

DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING:
Orders containing in-stock items generally ship within 1–5 business days after the order is placed. Domestic shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the contents of your order, delivery address, and available shipping services. Most domestic packages are shipped through USPS, although another carrier may be used when appropriate. Domestic U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Preorders begin shipping on the release date listed in the product description. Please allow approximately 10–14 days from the listed release date for delivery. Orders containing items with different preorder release dates may be delayed until the items are available. To receive in-stock items or earlier releases sooner, we recommend placing them in separate orders. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each order. Some items may also ship separately on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Iconic Comics offers international shipping to eligible destinations worldwide. Available countries and shipping services are shown at checkout and may change depending on shipping conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances.

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and contents of the order, the destination, and the available shipping service. International orders are generally shipped through GlobalPost Standard International or GlobalPost Plus. Shipping is also available to supported U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. International shipments may be transferred to a local postal service or delivery carrier after arriving in the destination country.

Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped. Some destinations do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service and are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers may therefore be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping rate paid at checkout. Orders returned because duties, taxes, or customs charges were not paid are not eligible for a refund.

All orders originate from Texas, USA.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 40% and customer must pay return shipping fees - except in the case of incorrect item received or damage. Please inspect all items upon receipt. In the event your items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email at info@iconiccomics.com within 48 hours of receipt with images of the item(s) you received and packaging (if damaged). Refund or exchanges (if product is still available) will be made upon receipt of returned items.

Refunds will not be issued due to defects caused by manufacturer printing errors that affected the entire print run.

Refunds will not be provided for orders placed on items not yet in stock (pre-orders), unless item(s) were damaged during shipping. All pre-order sales are final.

Regarding lost packages: refunds or replacements will not be available for orders marked as "Delivered" by our shipping partners. Please file a claim directly with the shipping company if a package is marked "Delivered" and you did not receive it.

All refunds or re-shipment options will be void after 60 days of order date. All inquiries must be made within this time frame.
